Pilates, Yoga & Strength Class Schedule in Brampton
Three recurring group classes run each week in Brampton: mat Pilates on Monday morning, a yoga and Pilates flow early on Wednesday, and a functional strength circuit straight after it. Every session is 50 minutes and is taught by Aasia, a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor and Certified Yoga Teacher. Classes are small-group and mat-based, and every exercise has a lighter and a harder version, so a first-timer and a regular can work through the same class at the same time without either being left behind. Booking is handled through GoTeamUp; the links below go straight to it.

The three classes

Mat Pilates
Monday 10:00 AM · Healthletica
Mat Pilates is the studio's foundation: floor-based, low-impact work through the deep abdominals, hips, glutes and spine. The repertoire is classical Pilates, sequenced with contemporary modifications so that a movement can be regressed or progressed on the spot rather than skipped.
Everything happens on a mat with a small ball and a resistance band. There is no reformer, Cadillac or tower at this studio, so there is no machine to learn before you can take part.

Yoga & Pilates Flow
Wednesday 6:00 AM · Sora
Yoga & Pilates Flow threads sun salutations and yoga-inspired sequencing through classical Pilates movement, taught by a Certified Yoga Teacher. It is a breath-led class rather than a hot or power class.
Props — mat, block, strap — are used openly and without ceremony. A block under a hand is a way of doing the pose properly, not an admission of anything.

Functional Strength
Wednesday 7:15 AM · Sora
Functional Strength is circuit-style small-group training built around movements you already do outside the room: pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, carrying and getting back up off the floor.
Loads come from dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands, chosen per person. Two people can work through the same circuit at very different weights and both be training correctly.
Where each class is held
The studio itself is at 10 Henderson Ave, Unit 4, Brampton, ON. Group classes currently run at two partner venues in Brampton — Healthletica on Monday morning and Sora on Wednesday — which is why the location column above matters when you book. Private sessions and consultations are held at the studio.
Parking, entrances and what to do on arrival differ between the two venues. If it is your first visit, arrive about ten minutes early so there is time to find the room and say hello before the class starts.
Prefer to start one-to-one before joining a group? Private sessions run by appointment, and the intro offer covers two weeks of unlimited group classes for $48. Questions about what to wear or bring are answered on the FAQ.
