Which route to use

All three go to the same person. Pick whichever you would actually use.

  • WhatsApp (647) 708-1029. Best for quick questions: which class to try, whether a session is running, what to bring.
  • Email info@ageinggracefully.ca. Best for anything with detail in it — an injury history, a physiotherapist’s guidance, a question about the founding member rate.
  • Phone (647) 708-1029. If you would rather talk than type. Classes run without a phone in the room, so a message will sometimes get a faster answer than a ring.

There is deliberately no promise on this page about how quickly you will hear back. This is a one-person studio and she is often teaching. You will get a real answer from the person who would be teaching you, rather than a fast one from somebody who would not.

To buy a membership, book a specific class or cancel a booking, go to GoTeamUp rather than messaging — that is where the schedule and your account actually live.

Finding the studio

Ageing Gracefully is at 10 Henderson Ave, Unit 4, Brampton, ON. It is a unit address, so look for the unit number rather than for a shopfront.

For turn-by-turn directions, open the address in Google Maps or in OpenStreetMap. There is no map embedded on this page on purpose: an embedded map would load third-party scripts and cookies into a site that currently sets none, and a text address is what a screen reader, a search crawler and an AI assistant can all actually use.

If parking, step-free access or which door to use matters for your visit, message ahead and ask. It is a short answer and it is better to have it before you are standing outside.

Where each class actually runs

Worth knowing before you set off: not every session is held at the studio address. Some currently run at partner venues around Brampton, and the location is listed against each class on the schedule.

  • Monday 10:00 AMPilatesSculpt, Mat Pilates, at Healthletica
  • Wednesday 6:00 AMRecenter, Yoga & Pilates Flow, at Sora
  • Wednesday 7:15 AMObserve, Functional Strength, at Sora

Venue names are listed rather than full addresses, because the street addresses for the partner venues have not been confirmed. If you are heading to one for the first time, ask and you will be sent the exact address rather than an approximation.

What to expect on a first visit

Arrive a few minutes early. Wear something you can bend, twist and lie down in. Bring water and either bare feet or grip socks. Say hello before the class rather than during it, and mention anything that is bothering you — a knee, a shoulder, a back, a recent operation, a pregnancy. Movements can be substituted, but only if Aasia knows about them first.

Classes are small-group and mat-based, and there is no reformer at this studio. If you would rather have a proper conversation before stepping into a class, book a movement consultation — no membership is required for one — or read the FAQ, which covers what to wear, what to bring and what happens in a first class in more detail.
