Frequently Asked Questions About Our Brampton Classes
Straight answers, including the ones that are “no”.
Two answers get asked for often enough to sit above the list. First: there is no reformer at this studio. Ageing Gracefully teaches mat Pilates only — no reformer, no Cadillac, no tower. If a reformer is specifically what you are looking for, you will be told so plainly here rather than discovering it in week one.
Second: the published price is $48 for two weeks of unlimited classes. Ongoing membership rates, including the founding member offer, are arranged directly rather than listed, because they are not published anywhere and this site will not invent a figure you would then act on.
Everything else is below, grouped into getting started, the classes themselves, booking and pricing, and health and suitability. If your question is not here, the contact page has every way of reaching the studio, and messages go to the person who teaches the classes.
One thing that applies throughout the health section: nothing on this site is medical advice, and nobody here diagnoses or treats anything. Aasia is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor and Certified Yoga Teacher — which means she can build a session inside the limits your clinicians have set, not that she can set them herself. If you are managing a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or are inside a post-surgical recovery window, speak with your physician first.

Ask. Email info@ageinggracefully.ca, call (647) 708-1029, or message on WhatsApp — all three reach the same person, and the contact page lists every route.
If the question is really about whether any of this suits your body, a movement consultation is a better format than an email thread, and no membership is required to book one. Otherwise the class schedule shows what runs when and where, the memberships page sets out both pricing options, and private sessions covers one-to-one work.
Two weeks, $48, no commitment
The fastest way to answer most of these questions is to come to a class.
