What a membership gets you

Every option here buys the same thing: a place in the small-group classes on the weekly schedule. That is mat Pilates, yoga and functional strength, all mat-based, all taught by the same person — Aasia, a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor and Certified Yoga Teacher.

There is no tiering by class type and no premium timetable held back for a higher plan. Unlimited means the whole schedule.

What a membership does not include is one-to-one time. Private sessions are arranged separately, as is the movement consultation — and a consultation does not require a membership at all, so you can ask questions before spending anything.

The two-week intro offer, in plain terms

The intro offer is $48 for two weeks of unlimited classes. It is not a subscription, it does not roll into one, and it is the recommended way to start. Two weeks is long enough to attend each class on the timetable more than once, which is the only reliable way to find out whether the room, the pace and the teaching actually suit you.

It is intended for people who are new to the studio. Full details are here, including what to expect in a first class and what to bring.

The founding member offer

The founding member membership is for people joining early and staying: early pricing, locked in, for members who commit while the studio is establishing itself. The rate is not published on this site, because it is not published anywhere — it is set in conversation rather than off a price list.

Rather than guess at a number you would then have to act on, this page sends you to a conversation. Read what it covers, then email info@ageinggracefully.ca or call (647) 708-1029 and you will get the current rate.

How billing and booking work

Everything runs through GoTeamUp — the studio’s booking, membership and payment system. You buy a membership or the intro offer there, you reserve your place in each class there, and your payment details are held by GoTeamUp rather than by this website. This site is a set of static pages; it has no accounts, no checkout and no member database. How that data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

The exact billing cycle, notice period and any minimum term for a given plan are shown on that plan’s page in GoTeamUp at the point of purchase, and they are the terms that apply — read them before you buy rather than relying on a summary here. Cancellations, pauses and changes of plan are made through your GoTeamUp account or by contacting the studio directly. The general terms covering classes, bookings and memberships are on the terms page.

Individual class cancellation — dropping out of a session you booked — is also handled in GoTeamUp, and cancelling in good time frees the place for somebody else. In a small-group class that matters more than it does at a gym.

Not sure which to pick?

Start with the intro offer. It is the cheapest way to find out, it commits you to nothing, and if you decide to stay, the founding member conversation is a better one to have after you have been in the room a few times.

If you are managing an injury, a diagnosis or a post-surgical restriction, book a movement consultation before buying anything. It costs you a conversation and it makes the first class a much better experience. The FAQ covers what to wear, what to bring and what happens when you walk in, and the contact page has every way of reaching the studio.
