What you get for $48
Two weeks of unlimited access to every small-group class on the schedule. Not a sampler, not one free class, and not a tiered pass that quietly excludes the sessions you actually wanted. The whole timetable, for two weeks, for $48.
That covers mat Pilates, yoga and functional strength, all mat-based and all taught by the same person — Aasia, a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor and Certified Yoga Teacher.
Why two weeks rather than one class
A single trial class tells you almost nothing. You spend most of it working out where to put your mat, whether you are doing the breathing right and whether everyone else has done this before. The useful information — does my back feel better on Thursday, can I actually make a 6am on a Wednesday, do I want to go again — only arrives in the second week.
Two weeks is also long enough to attend each class type more than once, which matters because they are genuinely different. Somebody who finds the yoga flow too slow often loves the strength circuit, and the reverse is just as common.
No commitment attached
The intro offer is a one-off purchase. It is not a subscription, it does not convert into one when the two weeks end, and nothing renews unless you choose a membership afterwards.
If you do want to continue, the memberships page sets out the options, and the founding member conversation is a better one to have once you have been in the room a few times.
Before your first class
Wear something you can bend, twist and lie down in — fitted rather than loose is easier to correct. Bare feet or grip socks. Bring water. Arrive a few minutes early for the first one so you can say hello and mention anything that is bothering you before the class starts rather than during it.
Tell Aasia what you are working with. An arthritic knee, a replaced hip, a back that flares, a shoulder that will not go overhead, a pregnancy, a recent operation — movements can be substituted, but only if she knows. If you are managing a diagnosed condition or are inside a post-surgical window, speak with your physician first and then tell her what you have been cleared to do.
If any of that makes you want a conversation before a class, book a movement consultation first — no membership is needed for one. The FAQ answers most of the rest.
How to buy it
The intro offer is purchased and booked through GoTeamUp, the studio’s booking and payment system. You buy it there, then reserve your place in each class you want to attend. This website has no checkout and holds no payment details of any kind — see the privacy policy for what that means in practice.
The terms shown on the offer’s GoTeamUp page at the point of purchase are the ones that apply. Read them there rather than relying on a summary here; the general terms covering classes and bookings are on the terms page.
